On December 6th, the Chinese lower division students from UCSC, led by Instructor Elu Tu, brought a wave of cultural fun to Bayview Elementary School with a vibrant cultural assembly. It was a dynamic, service-learning experience crafted by the innovative minds of UCSC students and teachers. They creatively introduced the young students to the rich tapestry of Chinese culture, the beauty of Chinese tones, the fascinating animals, and the spectrum of colors, all in an engaging way through interactive games.
