Edith Leni is a lecturer in the Department of Languages and Applied Linguistics at UCSC where she teaches Spanish Language and Culture to native and non-native speakers. Edith is a native of Santiago, Chile. She enjoys teaching Spanish language and culture, and researching. Her cross-disciplinary research interests involve social and individual trauma, historiography and legacy of the Holocaust in Europe and its representation in Latin America, Post-Memory studies, testimonial literature and gender representation within concentrationary narratives.
